Web Marketing Time Management

Most of us are here because it is our Intention to earn a living working online. I’ve been working toward that goal for quite awhile.

Today I want to share with you what my normal daily routine is...we’ll call this post "Time Management." I’m an early morning person, so I’m up about 5, do my exercise, turn on the computer, put on the coffee, watch Joyce Meyer on TV for inspiration. With the doors open for fresh air, I’m ready to "get to work." Here’s the agenda:

1. Email first....is anything urgent?

2. Go to AdBlaster - set site submitter to run automatically. My ads are already in the system, so I just choose which ones to promote today. I set them so a new one starts every 10 minutes from now until 5 p.m. I’m letting my computer work for me while I’m doing other things....just like we invest our money and let it work for us. We’re taking advantage of our tools. (AdBlaster is not free, but it submits to 2,500,000 sources. To me it’s worth the money. It’s available at: http://DynamicMarketingConsulting.com/E-Sites.) This one can’t be minimized, so I scoot it over to the side.

3. Then to BlogBlaster - which isn’t free either, but also available as above. You can look these tools over and determine is they would be useful to you. To me, it’s worth the money. Blogs are BIG now! My ads are stored in there. So, I determine which I want to promote today, select one, think about which blogs of people would be interested in my info, and send it. Remembering I’m not here just to sell stuff but to add value to the lives of others. I may send the same ad to a few different blogger types. There are over 2 million blogs to choose from and the system selects about 550 at a time to send your ad to based on the category you select. This tool can run minimized and lets me know when it’s finished so I can go do another one.

4. Now that my computer is working for me, I can go check stats from my websites to determine which ones need a boost. The stats also show me which days and which hours have the most activity on which sites so I know "when" is best to target traffic to that site. Isn’t technology wonderful? .....Yes!

5. Then I go back and make my daily posts to the ezine broadcast link I gave you, a safelist group I belong to, and to my blogs. Every couple weeks I resubmit to Search Engines, and go through another list I have of "good sites to post to".....everyone seems to build their own list.

6. Then I’m ready to get serious. This is all like juggling. We start with a couple balls and get that going, then add another, then another, etc.

I have a few "Rules of Thumb": When in doubt, don’t; If it’s working, expand it - if it isn’t, stop doing it; Keep on keeping on until I get it right.

This is the "PROJECTS" part of the day. Right now I’m setting up my mailing list and newsletter layout. Newsletter@DynamicMarketingConsulting.com ....it is still free. My mailing list is currently 927 and I’ve only added about 1/4 of the names, so this project by itself will take me a few more days.

I’m planning to rework one page of my primary website: http://DynamicMarketingConsulting.com/Business101.html to include guest articles. I might rework some of the other pages to include more AdSense Ads.....that will be after I finish the other two projects. We must prioritize always to do the most productive projects first.

Your FREE Marketing Tool for Today -
(..and no, I’m not earning anything on the free tools I share with you...they’re just worth considering and I like to share info with you.)
Free Autobot-
Just register. Will send out up to 200 automated emails for you.
http://www.freeautobot.com/
(Incidentally, they are offering "The Science of Getting Rich" at the end....it is great. It is also available free for you at: http://DynamicMarketingConsulting.com/Inspiration.html )

Not free, but these two are inexpensive:
SiteToolBox -
http://www.sitetoolbox.com/ You add your banners, which they will even help you design; you add your text link blurbs; the system submits for all for you. You can have email, newsletters, all sorts of things. There is a free trial, a $4.99 a month version, and I just purchased the $49. for the whole year because I plan to do my newsletter mailings through this service.

ExactSeek -
Guaranteed top 10 exposure over 200+ search engines and directories-
Very reasonable fees. You can monitor your hits. I’m paying $36. for 3 ads for 3 months.
That seems to me to be a good price. I have one of those block ads with another company and am paying $36. for 3 months for just the one. I’m checking my response on all, noting my verbage. This is much cheaper than bidding on words.

And remember, our mission here, should you also choose to accept this task, is to grow our OWN business...not support somebody else’s.

Treasure Every Moment - Blessings to you All!
